Job summary

WM is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across Canada. This outside sales role combines immediate prospecting with strategic retention to meet revenue targets while navigating local regulations and customer needs.

The SAE will travel to client sites, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage a growing book of business. A strong hunter mentality, CRM experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote/WFH setup are

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct B2B sales experience
• Experience in prospecting and closing sales to new customers
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business to meet budgeted sales goals.
• Manage existing accounts to achieve price and revenue targets.
• Travel to client sites across Canada for meetings and negotiations.
