Job summary

Bettermode is expanding its outbound sales motion and seeks an SDR Manager who can build from the ground up and scale a world-class team. You’ll design ICP targeting, experiment with messaging, and set up automation using AI tools to create a scalable, data-driven outbound engine.

In the first 6-9 months, you’ll personally execute outbound campaigns to validate the model before hiring SDRs, then lead pipeline growth, enablement, and team performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SDR/BDR or sales roles.
• 2+ years in leadership or player-coach capacity.
• AI-native with automation of prospecting and outreach.
• Data-driven with CRM data, sequence analytics and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and own outbound strategy including ICP segmentation, messaging, sequencing and channel mix.
• Develop a repeatable, data-driven outbound motion that creates qualified pipeline.
• Build and document the Outbound Playbook with messaging and qualification frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales for seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
• Personally execute outbound campaigns to test hypotheses and prove efficiency.
