Job summary

IBM's SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice is growing; we seek Integration Experts to design, implement, and integrate HR tech landscapes across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software. This primarily remote role requires travel up to 4 days per week, with candidates across Canada ideally near a major airport.

You will lead architecture, integration development, testing, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles leading interface design and managing risks.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects.
• Hands-on with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON; RESTful and SOAP API integration.
• Willing to travel up to 4 days per week as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, driving complex interface architecture, and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA HCM.
• Apply hands-on expertise with middleware platforms and lead offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams providing technical leadership.
