Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a senior SAP SF Solution Architect to guide comprehensive architecture for software implementations in a remote-capable capacity in Canada. The role emphasizes strategic guidance for planning, landscape design, data migration, testing, deployment, and integration using SAP solutions.

The candidate will lead design authority across phases, support pre-sales efforts, and own landscape diagrams and architecture documents in collaboration with Technical and Functional Leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Valid & current Certification in at least one SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Led 5+ full life cycle implementations, solutions architecture, or similar role.
• Experience in global enterprise architecture and cross module expertise
• Develop global strategies for the Center of Excellence team
• Serve as the design authority across all phases
• Deep cross module experience
• Expert in implementation of SuccessFactors modules.
• Expert with SAP Integration.
• Demonstrates expertise in Human Resources industry best practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to express ideas and information clearly.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply new concepts.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional strategic guidance for project planning, system landscape, data migration, testing, deployment, integration and overall solution architecture.
• Advises Project Leads and Project Managers to implement best practice decisions impacting the platform.
• Guides in definition of solution design practices and standards aligned with SAP best practices.
• Designs and supports proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
• Designs, develops and supports business requirements by leveraging SAP solutions.
• Supports pre-sales initiatives including roadmaps, estimates, and responses to RFP/RFQ’s.
• Owns as-is and to-be system landscape diagrams with Technical Lead.
• Owns the Solution Architecture document with inputs from Technical and Functional Leads.
• Supports functional and technical leads in workshops.
