Job summary

Deloitte Canada is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead enterprise HR technology programs from Toronto in a hybrid setup. You will shape architecture across SAP SuccessFactors modules, S/4HANA, payroll, and integrations, while guiding HR transformation and cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, CS, IS, Eng., or related field.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise HR tech solutions incl. 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central, ECP, integrations, security/roles, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture for implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Define and evolve HR technology architecture across SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, payroll, workforce management, identity management, and third-party apps.
• Develop future-state architecture roadmaps aligned with client business and tech strategies, ensuring Deloitte standards.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR and tech leaders, facilitating workshops on HR transformation, operating models, cloud adoption, data governance, AI, SAP innovations.
• Provide architecture oversight during project delivery, coordinating with teams on risks, dependencies, integrations, testing, deployment.
• Establish architecture governance and lead design reviews for security, privacy, scalability, compliance, audit, performance.
• Support BD activities, proposals, client presentations, and mentoring of team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with SAP and alliance partners.
