Job summary

IBM Consulting is hiring for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultants across Canada. Roles are remote with periodic on-site workshops; travel up to four days per week as needed.

You will guide client teams through implementation planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and hypercare support, shaping hire-to-retire processes for national and international clients. Ideal candidates have three end-to-end SF EC implementations, strong workshop leadership, and SAP SF EC

Qualifications

• Experience leading at least three end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and advise data/process decisions.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Configure SF EC and test solutions with offshore configurators.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live.
• Drive hire-to-retire process improvements and metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain client relationships.
