Syntax is a leading Managed Cloud Provider for mission critical enterprise applications. We are seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (CPI/BTP) to lead complex SAP integration projects in cloud and hybrid environments.

You will design inbound/outbound interfaces, configure iFlows, and partner with clients and presales to deliver high‑quality demonstrations and workshops. This remote Canada role requires 3–5 years of consulting experience and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations (CPI/BTP).
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Technical Consultant.
• Implementation of IAS/IPS, SSO.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Middleware knowledge: Boomi, SAP BTP, Integration Center.
• SAP HCM on-premise experience is an asset.
• GenAI / Machine Learning experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound/outbound interfaces between cloud and On-Premise/Cloud SAP products.
• Configure and extend standard iFlows; define custom iFlows and sub‑processes.
• Manage various CPI adapters to exchange messages between sender and receiver.
• Support pre‑sales with roadmaps, estimates, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Create and deliver high‑quality demonstrations and presentations.
• Assist during workshops and training material preparation.
