Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking an Analyst for Sales Strategy & Category Insights to turn category, shopper and sales data into actionable stories. Remote role across US or Canada, with ~15% travel and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and broker partners.

You will analyze syndicated data, prepare in-market updates, build retailer-ready decks and support the annual planning process using AI tools while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, category management, insights or commercial analytics in CPG.
• Experience with data tools and presenting data in compelling decks.

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze syndicated and retailer data to identify category and sales trends.
• Prepare monthly in-market performance updates and support account reviews.
• Build customized decks and snapshots for retailer meetings and item presentations.
• Support annual sales planning and trade promotion analysis.
• Use AI tools to automate recurring reports and ensure data confidentiality.
