Reporting to the Director, HCM and Compensation, the Workday Analyst will deliver operational and service excellence in regard to HR data and system functions. This role will primarily support with Human Capital Management (HCM) system administration, processing and Human Resource Metrics and Reporting. This role will be the Workday technical user for maintaining the HR system and HR data quality. This is a highly technical role that requires strong experience with Workday. The successful candidate will serve as functional lead for security, reporting, managing configurations, integrations (Studio, API, EIB, Connectors), audits, and releases, and will partner with various organizational stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions that support critical functions across the organization.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is CAD $80,000-$90,000. If range, please note that the actual offer will be determined based on your skills, experience, education, market benchmarks, and internal equity.
