Job summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Category Management & Insights team. You will leverage strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to understand the marketplace and drive informed decision-making.

You will partner with Category Management and Commercial teams to develop reports, identify trends, opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies and business objectives.
• Leverage market and retailer POS tools to build reports that summarize category performance, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure portfolio strategies are grounded in consumer and market insights.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices.
• Support the development of category strategies and annual plans in partnership with Customer and Commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain channel and brand standards for Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited and its partner brands.
