We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sales Representative to enhance the Sales team based in Alberta or BC. This is a hunter’s role with a strong desire to close.
The individual will lead and participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including generating leads, driving opportunities, managing prospect relationships, and closing new business in Western Canada. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and reach prospects and an individual who has experience in B2B sales.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and a results-oriented team player with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling, who understands the value and importance of targets and driving towards deliverables.
The individual will have an understanding and experience with Consultative Selling. They will be highly driven and value the benefit of being part of an agile, growing team.
As this is a fully remote role, the successful candidate will be based in Western Canada (preferably Alberta or BC) and will adhere to our routine management system that includes; 1:1’s, weekly team status meetings and monthly SPRs.
