Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Implementation Manager III in Canada to lead end-to-end software implementations for clients in regulated industries. You will act as the main client liaison, guiding projects from planning to post-go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationships across time zones.

The role requires 5+ years in SaaS implementations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work remotely in an international environment. A PMP/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, client services, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with scope, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Act as primary client contact and manage expectations, updates, and meetings.
• Develop project plans with milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, validation, and support.
• Document requirements, support scoping and approvals, monitor budgets and timelines.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments and quality standards.
• Provide system demonstrations and training; maintain knowledge of software and life sciences regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in Wrike, JIRA, Freshdesk; manage changes and upgrades.
• Travel as required and manage post-go-live handoff and account management.
