Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Project Manager in Canada to lead projects from inception to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You will manage budgets, timelines, and resources while collaborating with accounts and department leads to meet targets and drive results.

The role emphasizes client-facing coordination, internal process improvement, and fiscal accountability within a fast-moving healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to onboard and train others at the Associate level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly with little direction.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Responsibilities

• Planning: create and manage program-level workplans; define requirements and success metrics.
• Execution of Work: ensure delivery, track status, and mitigate risks.
• Client Interface: participate in status/execution meetings and problem-solve challenges.
• Agency Interface and Process: define processes, documentation, and workflows; ensure adherence.
• Financial Management: estimate hours and costs; monitor staffing and expenditures.
