Jobgether is seeking a Project Director in Canada to lead complex EPTR programs and guide Project Managers across startup to close-out phases. You will shape study strategy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in clinical research, incl. 5+ years in a CRO.
• 10+ years clinical project management across full lifecycle.
• Experience with large multicenter Phase III studies across multiple regions.
• Dermatology or rheumatology trial experience required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a portfolio of global clinical studies and multiple Project Managers.
• Ensure studies meet timelines, budgets, quality, and client requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate risks and deliverables.
• Ensure GCP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance across studies.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead business development, proposals, pricing, and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
