Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations or transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across Workday and UKG workstreams, maintaining plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate UKG Phase 3 activities, including system extensions and UKG Acuity module implementations with consultants.
• Drive productivity-focused aspects of Phase 3 with business and operations leaders to ensure delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign owners, and track follow-ups to commitments.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and executives.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, resources constraints, and dependencies; drive resolution and mitigation.
• Prepare clear status reports for leadership on milestones, risks, progress, and decisions.
• Support transition planning, readiness, go-live prep, and stabilization across ERP workstreams.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and consultants to stay aligned with objectives and timelines.
