Job summary

AppDirect, Inc. seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance. You’ll build dashboards and models that leaders rely on for pipeline reviews, forecasts and board updates, grounding decisions in clean numbers.

You’ll translate ad hoc data requests into clear answers, validate data quality, support forecasting rhythm, and work across GTM systems like Salesforce and PlanHat, using Looker or similar BI tools and SQL in BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, financial analysis, or similar analytical role in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or similar.
• Power user of Google Sheets/Excel with complex formulas, pivots, lookups, and building models from scratch.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to answer questions and drive informed decisions.
• Advanced use of SFDC (Salesforce) and PlanHat to build reports and dashboards.
• Experience preparing analysis for QBRs, board decks, or forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to senior leaders.
• Attention to detail and a bias for accuracy.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker, Domo) and SQL for data extraction from BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, models, and reports for pipeline reviews, forecasts, QBRs, and board updates.
• Field ad-hoc data requests from Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance; deliver accurate, well-documented analyses.
• Support forecasting and planning with operational models for forecasting, pipeline coverage, capacity, and quota planning.
• Work across GTM systems; be a power user of Salesforce, PlanHat, and related tools.
• Monitor core GTM metrics and communicate changes with clear narratives and visuals.
• Investigate data quality issues and collaborate to fix root causes.
• Present methodology and defend recommendations to leadership.
