Job summary

Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Manager, Sales Operations in Canada to lead a high-impact Revenue Operations team and optimize revenue processes across new business, expansion, and renewals. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive predictable growth and operational excellence.

This role focuses on forecasting accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and scaling with an AI-forward approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, managing 4+ direct reports.
• 7+ years in operations, sales, management consulting, finance, or analytical roles.
• Experience with core GTM tools including Salesforce, CPQ, PSA, SalesLoft, Gong is a plus.
• Ability to travel to or within Canada one week per quarter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team for high-velocity SMB sales.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to align revenue strategies with growth objectives.
• Design tools, frameworks, and processes for market entry, expansion, and renewals at scale with an AI-forward approach.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between global and regional teams.
• Own and optimize Lead-to-Cash workflows in Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and Netsuite.
• Develop global sales territories using historical data and market trends.
• Deliver recurring dashboards and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead predictive analytics to surface growth opportunities and risks.
