Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst based in Canada to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions and improve processes.

You will gather requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, map workflows in Sales/Service Cloud, coordinate UAT, deliver user training, and support adoption and ongoing platform optimization. Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Business Analyst or similar
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience in requirements gathering and BRD/FRD development
• Coordinate UAT and support change management
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prefer Salesforce certifications (Admin/BA) and Agile familiarity
• Knowledge of Lightning, Flow Builder, CPQ is a plus
• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience expected

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to define Salesforce solutions
• Translate requirements into Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and automation
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate UAT, prepare manuals, and support issue resolution during implementation
• Deliver user training and drive Salesforce adoption post-launch
• Collaborate with business units and IT to align solutions with objectives
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across Salesforce workflows
