Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Kimberley.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

About the Role

This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard of design and technical quality. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of projects, playing a critical role in the firm's output and client satisfaction in the Northern Cape region.
