You will manage the design process from client consultations to construction documentation, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring sustainable living spaces to life.

Qualifications

• SACAP registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design.
• Proven experience in designing a variety of residential typologies.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
• Develop creative and functional floor plans and elevations based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
