Job summary

Facade Today in Canada is seeking an experienced Architect to lead planning, feasibility analysis, design optimization, and coordination from early development through construction. You will collaborate with development, estimating, design and construction teams to ensure projects are practical, cost-efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

This role covers commercial, multi-residential, industrial, and institutional sectors.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and construction regulations.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and design-build delivery.
  • Membership or eligibility with a professional architectural association is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
