Job summary

GitLab is seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to own renewal activities for a portfolio of customers in a primarily remote environment. This individual-contributor role reports to the Manager, Renewals and follows defined frameworks to ensure timely, accurate renewals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal terms, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience with renewal processes and multi-year deals.
• Strong CRM and data-management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Success, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and drive on-time closures.
• Conduct consultative renewal conversations to understand usage and future needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface upsell potential.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, orders, and related documents accurately.
