eXp Realty Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage deal files from entry to close. You will review contracts in Skyslope, enter data into BackOffice, and coordinate with agents, solicitors, and brokerages in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions processing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Google Suite, Skyslope, and LoneWolf. This is a work-from-anywhere role across Canada.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions processing.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing the deal files from entry to closing.
• Review Contracts and accompanying docs in Skyslope, perform data entry into BackOffice.
• Process all types of transactions and coordinate with agents, lawyers, and brokerages.
