Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering with a Quebec-based firm to recruit a Transactions Analyst – QC for remote work in Canada. The role focuses on real estate transaction processing, contract review, and closing coordination, with collaboration across notaries, brokers, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/French), detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume files while leveraging digital platforms and automation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/French required with excellent written and spoken skills.
• 1+ year real estate transaction processing experience preferred in Canadian real estate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with eZmax is an asset.
• Experience with remote work and dedicated home-office setup.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate when needed.
• Familiarity with transaction platforms (SkySlope) and related documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage transaction files from submission through closing.
• Review contracts and enter data into BackOffice; verify MLS data.
• Calculate commissions and generate transaction records for agents.
• Identify missing documents and coordinate with agents to resolve.
• Coordinate with notaries, solicitors and brokerages for timely closing.
• Ensure accurate deposit information and funds deposited to trust accounts.
• Communicate with agents and partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Promote digital platforms and provide frontline support for workflows.
• Participate in onboarding, training on regulatory changes, and process improvements.
• Support technology pilots and automation initiatives for efficiency.
