Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Transactions Closing Analyst based in Canada for a fully remote role. You will review and close real estate transactions across EZMax, Broker Wolf, and TRX, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in a relevant role.
• Experience in real estate closing processes and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with EZMax and ideally Broker Wolf, SkySlope, and TRX.
• Understanding of Agent ICA and Team Contracts and their impact on processing.

Responsibilities

• Review and close real estate transactions across platforms ensuring completeness before closing.
• Verify funding eligibility and add to funding sheets as applicable.
• Confirm agent/team commission splits and correct fund allocation.
• Ensure accurate dates and documentation across platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date productivity records and communicate status with stakeholders.
• Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions.
