Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to bring structure, momentum, and accountability to our project portfolio. You’ll oversee feature development, regulatory readiness, and a platform launch in a fast-moving iGaming team.

You’ll track timelines in Jira, coordinate with our Technical PM, and communicate with stakeholders through async updates to keep everyone aligned. This remote role offers EST-friendly hours and opportunities to shape process as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar.
• Ability to translate between engineering timelines and business deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced startup with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project roadmap in Jira and visibility in Slack channels.
• Run regular check-ins with Technical PM to track deliverables and dates.
• Coordinate timelines, actions, and stakeholder alignment across projects.
• Develop and update process docs for compliance deadlines and customer support readiness.
• Flag risks, bottlenecks, and missed deadlines before they escalate.
• Bring order to ambiguity as priorities evolve in a startup.
