Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager to lead Agile software development within a fully distributed tech team. You will guide Scrum ceremonies, manage scope and timelines, and drive collaboration between product owners, developers, and stakeholders worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management with 5+ in Agile, and holds a CSM or equivalent certification. Strong remote leadership and Jira/Confluence skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in Agile software development.
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Agilist) is mandatory.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban or other Agile frameworks on complex software projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills, especially in remote environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
