Job summary

Nurturely Work is seeking a detail-driven Associate Consultant to support consultants, manage priorities, and keep projects on track in a remote, part-time capacity. You will own scheduling, take notes, track action items, help with planning in ClickUp, and coordinate across stakeholders with clear async communication and ownership.

This 10-15h/week role requires comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset, overlapping US Central or Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Have demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and keeping them on track.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and stepping into gaps.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Experience with remote collaboration (async work, clear communication).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and take ownership.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Suite, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist consultants in client project work.
• Take detailed notes in meetings, track action items, follow up, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Own scheduling, calendar management, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Set reminders, manage tasks, track dependencies, escalate when needed.
• Use tools like ClickUp to structure project work, monitor progress, and keep visibility.
• Help with project planning: break down tasks, assign owners, estimate timelines.
• Occasionally handle administrative tasks (document formatting, email drafting, travel planning).
• Suggest process improvements to reduce friction or inefficiency.
