Job summary

Coding Alpaca is seeking a disciplined Software Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across 2–4 concurrent software engagements, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget stay honest.

You will sit between engineering and the client, translating requirements without losing meaning, running weekly status, preventing scope creep, and coordinating handoffs as projects move into production.

Qualifications

• Three to six years managing software projects, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
• Comfortable reading a pull request, an architecture diagram, and a contract in the same afternoon.
• PMP, PSM, or equivalent is a bonus, not a requirement. Real shipped projects matter more.
• You write clearly. Status updates, change requests, and retros all land cleanly on the page.
