Job summary

Placements24 currently seeks a highly organized Digital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of digital initiatives for a remote workforce. You will coordinate website builds, campaigns, and content creation, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include defining scope with stakeholders, developing detailed plans, managing resources, and fostering cross-team collaboration while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
• Solid experience in managing digital projects, such as website builds, app development, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize digital projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including tracking progress and managing changes.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
