Job summary

Markage is seeking a Workflow Support Specialist to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role focuses on keeping day-to-day operational workflows running smoothly and accurately, using our internal systems to execute steps and update records.

You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams, maintain organized records, and help client-facing teams by preparing materials and tracking status.

Qualifications

• Follow digital processes and complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong written communication to produce clear output.
• Reliability and ability to sustain high-volume workload remotely.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business & Office Operations domain.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned workflow tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
• Update and quality-check operational records, documents, and content.
• Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking status, and resolving routine workflow issues.
• Maintain organized records and flag process gaps for improvement.
• Follow established workflows and timelines to support reliable production output.
