Job summary

Markage is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role supports core systems and processes that enable us to deliver capacity to clients at scale and requires clear writing and systems usage.

You will work within our internal technology stack, maintain records, and improve processes in a high-output remote environment. You will hold the Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) and help keep production running reliably while

Job description

Markage is looking for a Digital Operations Specialist to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role supports the core systems and processes that allow us to deliver capacity to clients at scale.

You will work inside our internal technology stack and digital tools every day. Your responsibilities include process execution, content and data handling, quality checks, documentation, and operational support. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a modern digital operations role for someone who can move quickly, write clearly, and use systems and AI tools to maintain high output.

You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. You will help keep the production engine running reliably so client-facing teams can focus on delivering a consistent experience.

This position is ideal for someone who wants clear ownership of operational work, enjoys systems and process improvement, and performs well in a high-output remote environment.
