Job summary

Markage is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role supports core systems and processes that enable us to deliver capacity to clients at scale and requires clear writing and systems usage.

You will work within our internal technology stack, maintain records, and improve processes in a high-output remote environment. You will hold the Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) and help keep production running reliably while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and systems to complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
• Ability to follow established processes and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital operations tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
• Write, update, and quality-check operational documents and content as required by production workflows.
• Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine operational issues.
• Maintain organized records of work completed inside company systems and identify process gaps for improvement.
• Follow established digital processes and timelines to support reliable production output.
