Markage is seeking a Process Automation Associate to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role focuses on supporting and improving the digital processes that keep production work moving efficiently.

You will work inside our internal systems to execute automated workflows, update records, perform quality checks, and help identify opportunities for better process efficiency in a practical operations setting.

This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a practical operations role for someone who is comfortable with digital tools, can write clearly, and can maintain steady, accurate output.

You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience.

This position is ideal for someone who likes clear ownership of assigned work, pays attention to process detail, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.

Essential duties:

• Execute assigned process and automation support tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.

• Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business & Office Operations domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in process support, operations, or digital workflow environments.
