Markage seeks an AI Operations Coordinator to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. You will operate inside our AI tools daily, handling high-volume writing, content adaptation, and process execution to keep client projects on track.

The role emphasizes clear writing, fast output, and the ability to use AI tools to multiply productivity while maintaining quality across production workflows. Remote work in a Canadian environment is central to the position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to complete real work faster and at higher quality.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate AI tools and internal systems to complete high-volume production and administrative tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Write, adapt, and quality-check content and operational documents as required by production workflows.
• Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking deliverables, and resolving routine operational issues.
• Maintain organized records of work completed inside company systems and flag process gaps for continuous improvement.
• Execute assigned production support tasks according to established processes and timelines.
