This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a practical production support role for someone who can follow processes carefully, write clearly, and use digital tools to maintain steady output.

You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience.

This position is ideal for someone who likes clear ownership of assigned work, pays attention to detail, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.

Essential duties:

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to follow digital processes and complete work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Arts, Media & Creative Production domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production support, operations, or agency environment.
• Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
