Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in facilities management, cleaning operations, or vendor management, with strong remote work capability.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong understanding of cleaning industry best practices, health regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated facilities from a remote location.
• Develop and implement standardized cleaning procedures and quality control measures.
• Manage relationships with third-party cleaning service providers, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in cleaning services.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site teams and facility managers regarding sanitation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to cleaning operations.
