Remote work is available, and cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy and Haven teams is essential to ensure seamless patient care. The candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and fluent in English; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education with 2 years of relevant office administration experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient appointments and tracks in CRM to ensure timely access to treatment.
• Acts as liaison between clinic, pharmacy, and Haven team for scheduling and medication coordination.
• Processes post-infusion paperwork by entering data and uploading documents into CRM.
• Oversees invoicing related to post-infusion paperwork.
• Responds to calls, emails, and voicemails efficiently and professionally.
• Builds trust and rapport with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
