Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions seeks a bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to support PerCuro treatment clinics. You will manage appointment scheduling, reminders, medication coordination, and data entry in CRM, ensuring timely access to therapy.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work remotely Monday–Friday with strong customer service. French and English bilingualism is an asset.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education with 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• French/English bilingualism is an asset.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong IT proficiency and knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments and track in CRM.
• Handle reminder calls, emails, and faxes promptly.
• Manage medication delivery coordination and post-visit paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional liaison with clinic and Haven team.
• Provide administrative support with data entry, reports, and filing.
• Assist with invoicing and internal communications as required.
