Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions in Canada is seeking a PSP Supervisor to lead Patient Support Program teams, optimize service delivery, and ensure high-quality patient support. You will coach coordinators, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement within a remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• University degree in healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory or management experience in a contact centre/pharma setting preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Program Coordinators and Care Navigators to deliver PSP services.
• Monitor KPI, SOP adherence, and quality standards; provide feedback.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Oversee enrollment coordination, reimbursement navigation, and case documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements.
• Assist with special projects and system enhancements.
