Job summary

MS2 Bilingual is seeking an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist (Part-time) to join our remote team. You will assist Canadian shoppers via phone and email, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service in retail or ecommerce. You will handle billing/shipping inquiries, help navigating the website, and maintain accurate customer data. A quiet home office is required.

Qualifications

• Ideally at least 1 year in customer service role in retail or ecommerce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Awesome organizational & interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues, from billing and shipping issues to helping customers navigate the website.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information.
• Research product information and the website to stay informed and assist in customer interactions.
• Be a team player by looking out for colleagues and helping whenever possible.
• Provide wardrobe solutions by offering coordinating items or other wardrobe essentials.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as prescribed.
