Job summary

Right Time Group is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives for its remote Customer Contact Centre in Canada. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external customers, while identifying sales opportunities and guiding customers through products and services.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, communicative in English, proficient with MS Office and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.

Qualifications

• Effective, professional, and polite communication in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to address customer concerns in a friendly and non-threatening manner.
• Willingness to accept feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Answer and address incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify sales opportunities and overcome objections.
• Accurately collect data in an efficient, pleasant, and error-free manner.
• Adhere to scripts and adeptly handle objections.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting questions, issues, complaints, and inquiries related to products and services.
• Conduct outbound telephone calls to existing customers to promote offers, services, and new equipment.
• Follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Anticipate and respond to customers' unique needs.
• Maintain consistency and exhibit a positive and helpful attitude.
