Affim is seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve merchant partners and resolve technical or operational issues quickly. You will become a product and payments expert, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Operations and Engineering to provide fast solutions and scalable processes.

This remote Canada role requires bilingual English and French, a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in tech/eCommerce, and writing that communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in tech/eCommerce or SaaS
• Ability to handle high volume of requests with empathy
• Clear written communication
• Understanding of complex tech systems
• Proven ownership of projects to completion
• Ability to infer merchant questions from context

Responsabilités

• Support merchant partners and resolve issues quickly
• Troubleshoot technical/configuration problems
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues
• Handle multiple inquiries with prioritization
• Build scalable support processes
• Communicate features and improvements to merchants
• Collect merchant feedback to guide product planning
