Affirm is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our remote Canada team. You will be the frontline partner for merchant customers, triaging technical issues and collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Engineering to deliver fast, correct solutions.

Fluent in French and English, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 2+ years in tech/ecommerce/SaaS. You’ll manage multiple inquiries, build scalable processes, and help guide product direction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Tech, eCommerce, SaaS or similar roles.
• Ability to handle high volumes empathetically and efficiently.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Support merchant partners and resolve technical or configuration issues.
• Coordinate with engineering to fix issues and streamline workflows.
• Manage multiple inquiries with appropriate prioritization.
• Develop scalable support processes and incorporate merchant feedback.
• Communicate new features and enhancements to merchants.
• Aggregate feature requests to guide product planning.
