Qualifications

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Must show CPA/ROAS and revenue results.
• Experience with Meta Ads and paid media campaigns.
• Bonus: built/operated your own Shopify store or ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/mo to $1m/mo per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel and identify creative, offer, or conversion issues.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients.
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content.
