Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client questions, acting as the strategic voice in meetings.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and uphold accurate attribution. Remote work offered for Canada, the USA, or Africa-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution are trustworthy: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
