Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll define targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, test creatives, optimize for ROAS, and present 90-day roadmaps and quarterly updates to clients. Remote role across Canada/USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with campaigns built and optimized.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with examples.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
