Job summary

Compugen Inc seeks an Operations Business Process Analyst to accelerate AI adoption, automation, and digital tooling across Operations. You will work with teams to identify opportunities, redesign workflows, pilot solutions, and embed new ways of working for efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.

You will translate needs into clear use cases, document requirements, and support adoption, training, and governance aligned with security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, IS, or analytics is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and automation.
• Experience evaluating, testing, configuring, or supporting AI tools.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; familiarity with Copilot/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI/automation opportunity pipeline.
• Collaborate with leaders to map workflows and identify improvements.
• Design, test, and pilot approved solutions using AI and automation.
• Coordinate UAT, adoption planning, and training.
• Create playbooks and templates to scale innovations.
