Fleetworthy’s Data Operations team is seeking a Business Analyst who thrives at translating high-level strategy into clear, actionable work for delivery teams. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, shaping requirements for data platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

You'll work across Revenue, Finance, Product and Enterprise teams, own end-to-end initiatives, and help maintain a single intake process to accelerate decision making in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Create well-structured epics and Jira tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Data Platform and Data Services teams to plan and prioritize work.
• Maintain Confluence docs and seek stakeholder sign-offs to keep work moving.
