Job summary

Agentis Capital Advisors seeks a Business Operations Analyst to collaborate with the Operations team and senior leadership. You will support recruitment and talent management operations, build AI tooling, and shape firm processes.

A strong owner mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential. You will help design AI-assisted workflows, maintain internal tools, coordinate onboarding, and assist with reporting and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with recruitment operations, automation, or coordination-heavy roles is a plus.
• Fluency with AI systems and comfort using them daily.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows across core processes.
• Develop internal tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment operations, communications, and candidate follow-ups.
• Keep ATS and data up to date; assist weekly recruiting reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain employee records.
• Prepare reporting materials and support business development activities.
